Not if it is done properly. I redirect all important old pages to the new ones and keep what works well on Google. Small fluctuations in the first few weeks are normal.
No. The new website is built at its own preview address, and your old one stays online as normal. Only when the new one is ready and you like it do I switch your address over.
Yes, everything that's good moves over. Where texts are outdated or photos are missing, I'll help.
No, that's the usual case. If the domain is registered in your name, we can almost always get the logins back, if necessary directly through the domain registry (DNS-LU for .lu addresses). If it's registered to your old web designer, we need their consent. I'll check that with you before you pay anything.
