I'm Roland, and Lëtz Develop is just me. That's on purpose.

My day job
Every day, I look after systems for large companies: the servers and networks behind apps and websites that thousands of people depend on. When something goes wrong, I'm one of the people who fixes it.
That work teaches me, every day, principles that matter just as much for a local bakery or craftsman as for a big corporation: run regular backups (and verify they actually restore), catch small issues before they break things, and build infrastructure to last.
I noticed that many small businesses around me—the ones I buy from every day—were stuck with slow, outdated websites and no direct contact person to help. So, alongside my day job, I started Lëtz Develop to change that.
Why "Lëtz"?
I live in Perl, in the corner where Luxembourg, Germany and France meet. My clients, my neighbours and my favourite bakery are spread across all three countries, often all in the same week.
"Lëtz" is a nod to Lëtzebuerg, where I lived and grew up. And yes, it also means "let's": let's develop something good together.
How I work
- 01
Plain language
I explain things without jargon. If I use a technical term, I'll tell you what it means.
- 02
Honest advice
If you don't need something, I'll say so, even if it means a smaller invoice.
- 03
No lock-in
Your website belongs to you. You can always take it with you.
- 04
Reachable
You get my phone number, not a ticket number.
Let's meet
I'm always happy to come by your shop or meet for a coffee somewhere between Perl, Remich and Luxembourg City. Or just give me a call.
Roland Theisen: 15 years in IT infrastructure and still at it, building websites for small businesses with Lëtz Develop.
For 15 years, and still today, my day job is keeping large companies' systems running around the clock: the kind of work where "the website is down" is not an option, and backups get tested, not just made.
With Lëtz Develop, I bring that same reliability to the small businesses around me as well. I live in Perl, where Luxembourg, Germany and France meet, and that's exactly the area I work in.
